Working principle: 

YD - 22 Ⅱ type hydraulic tamping machine is gasoline engine power, through the triangle respectively driven oil pump and the shaft vibration.Along with the high speed vibration axis rotation of the eccentric body due to centrifugal force role, produce vibration force, and high pressure oil pump output through the reversing valve into the lift cylinder, solid cylinder, and thus drive operating components,

implementation under the rail, plug, clip to real stamping operations and other functions.

The railway rail tamping machine before use it:

1 Check the various parts of the tamping machine whether is complete, connection is strong, surface of oil is             clean and tighten bolts

2 Check the hydraulic oil tank, oil level couldn't lower  the oil hole center.

3 Choose the Hydraulic oil should according to use season and local temperature (generally,  summer 30 or 40,       winter: choose 20)

4 Adjust the clamp opening size according to the rail type. (before delivery according to the 60 kg/m)

5 Running pre-boot,determine whether is working properly, if there is any abnormal phenomenon to turn it off       and immediately to check it. (Running time is not less than 20 minutes)

6 Check the hydraulic parts  whether is for oil spilling.
